This email does not constitute acceptance of the contract; contract acceptance occurs when the goods are dispatched. For orders with multiple items, contract acceptance applies only to the items that are actually shipped.

In cases where prices are incorrectly displayed due to technical errors, KnichCo reserves the right to void the transaction. The burden of proof regarding the error rests with KnichCo, and any payments already made will be promptly refunded.

Prices and Shipping Fees

Delivery times apply following order confirmation from KnichCo. For Cash on Delivery orders, confirmation occurs after we call and confirm the order. If confirmation is not received, KnichCo reserves the right to cancel the order.
